Children's Miracle Network

The Children's Miracle Network of Champions is an international non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for 170 affiliated children's hospitals. Each Year, these hospitals help 14 million kids. These children suffer from all diseases and injuries including cancer, AIDS, birth defects, accidents and trauma. In fac, CMN children's hospitals help more children each year than any other organization.

The mission of the Children's Miracle Network is to generate funds and awareness programs for the benefit of children served by its associated hospitals, health centres and foundations.

The RE/MAX CMN affiliation began in 1986 when RE/MAx affiliates in Calgary, Alberta and Quebec region started raising funds for the worthy cause. In 1992, RE/MAX international adopted CMN as their official corporate charity. Raising funds for hospitalized children to date, RE/MAX has collectevely raised $22.5 million for the cause.

RE/MAX is Canada's largest corporate contributor to the Children's Miracle Network and in 1999, raised a new record of $1.3 Million across the country. RE/MAX of Western Canada affiliates raise funds through community events, the Miracle Home Program and the Miracle Office Program - where a portion of the associates's funds are donated to CMN. All funds raised stay in the community where they were raised.
